Refund policy

Under the distance selling regulations, you would normally have the right to cancel the contract of sale within seven days. However, this does not relate to software goods, digital products, or downloads, which cannot be returned. You do not have the right to cancel an order once the product has been downloaded. This does not affect any other rights that you may have.  

However, if you feel that a digital product you purchased is not working properly, unusable, or not as described then please send an email to support@eduprado.com and we will be happy to help as I can.
